What version of the Embird Embroidery Software are you running? Something is stopping the program installing properly and I can't seem to pinpoint it. Have tried installing outside the Program Files folder. Have removed the 2 folders from User\Apps\Roaming - still the same error message. Have re-downloaded many times - same thing happens on all re-installations. I have followed the instructions on the Embird web page re Compatibility, Firewall and AV (BitDefender). I have to restartĪnd then go to System Restore to a previously created restore point. I click OK and all messages disappear but nothing works on the computer, just have white rectangles where icons should appear. I then get a message saying that the Installation was successful (!) and to click on Embird icon to run it.
